IS FILM KA NAAM AARAKSHAN HI KYON RAKHAA GAYAA?

JAB AARAKSHAN FILM KA MUDDA HI NAHIN HAI TO RAKHNE KI KYAA ZARURAT THEE?

FILM SE JUDE KUCH TATHYA :-


Is film ka naam Jha agar HARIJAN hi rakh deta to film ki asli theme nazar aati jise arakshan yaa education ke naam ke peeche chhupayaa jaa rahaa tha.

Kya Daliton ko Harijan bananaa rajnaiti nahin thi ya haii?

Agar Jha ne Dr. BR Ambedkr ji ki likhi "What Congress and Gandhi Have Done To The Untouchables" padhi hoti to jantaa ki Harijan banaana hi adhunik bharath ki yehaa ke moolniwasiyon ke saath ki gayee sabse badi rajnaitik sazish thee.

Yehan tak ki is naam par bhi us samay kafi vivad huaa tha aur Baba Sahib ne ise nakaar diyaa thaa.

Film dekh kar to yahi lagtaa hai ki Jhaa ne jaan boojh kar fir se Harijan Banaane ki Koshish ki hai jo ki uski ya uske kisi maalik ki rajnaitik mahatwakanshon se prerit lagti hai.

Dekhiye film mein kaise ye baaten saaf ho jaati hai :-

Film ki shuruaat Gandhi ki Vaishnav waale gaane se hoti hai.

Phir ek SC ko dikhaya jataa hai jo ki samaaj mein kisi bojh ki tarah dekhaa jataa hai, thee 1947 se pehle ki tarha.

Gandhinuma character uskaa saath detaa hai, yehan Poona Pact ka sandarbh hai, to use samaaj se nishkashit kiyaa jataa hai jo ki Gandhi ki hatyaa ka sandarbh hai.

Desh main Ambedkar ji ka sthaan kya hai?

Ambedkar ji ka desh mein sthaan kayaam rkhnaa kyon zaruri hai? Aur

Kyon unke sthaan par sabki nigaah hai?


Ambedkar Bharat ka Bahujan hai.
Bahujan Hi Ambedkar hai.
Dono ek hi hain.


Aiye samajhiye.

Is Bahujan (Homogeneous mass) kaa tatparya hai, bhusankhyak.

Isi Bahujan ki wajah se desh mein saare kaam hote hai, desh sanchaalit hota hai.

Aur is Bahujan ka paalan poshan hona sabse jyadaa zaruri hai kyonki yahi Bahujan desh ko sanchalit karta hai, desh ki arth vyavastaa ko chalata hai aur yahi raashtra nirmaan ka karya poora kar raashtra ko drudh (majboot, strong) karta hai.

Yadi Bahujan ko nazar-andaaz kar diyaa jataa hai ko seedhe-seedhe desh ko nazar-andaaz karne waali baat hogi.

Par Bharath ke hazaron varshon ke itihaas mein kuch hi samay aisaa hai jab ki Bahujan ka poshan theek se huaa ho.

Dhamma Ashoak ke baad Dr. BR Ambedkar hi "Aarakshan" aur "Samajik Nyaaya" ke roop main desh ke Bahujan ko aisi pranaali de kar gayee they jis se ki desh ke Bahujan ka poshan aur kalyan ho sake aur us se raashtra ka nirmaan ho aur wah drudh (majboot, strong) bane.

Ambedkar ji ki di inhi pranaaliyon se desh naa sirf chal rahaa hai balki aaj duniyaa mein bahut unchaa sthaan rakhte hue ek raashtra ke roop mein viksit hotaa ja rahaa hai.

So Ambedkar hi Bharat ka Bahujan hai aur Bahujan hi Ambedkar hai.

Aur Ambedkar hai Dr BR Ambedkar ji ke siddhant, unki banayee samajik aur nyaayik vyavastha (Social and judiciary system) jo ki unhone Bah-usankhyakon (Bahujan) ke poshan evam kalyaan ke liye banayee thee.

So desh ko sanchaalit karne ke liye Ambedkar ji ke sthaan ko arthaat unke sidhaanton ko kaayam rakhna zaruri hai kyonki iske kaayam rehane se hi desh ka Bahujan desh ka sanchaalan theek se kar payega.

Isiliye sab Bahujan ko arthaat Ambedkar ko arthaat bahu-sankhyankon ko niyantrit karna chaahte hain kyonki Bahujan se hi desh ka sanchaalan hota hai.

Par Bahujan ke uske adhikaar chheen kar desh ki sampadaa par kabzaa karne ke liye bhrashta tarikon ka istemaal kar ke Bahujan ko kamzor kiyaa jataa.

Par maatra apana bhavishya jyadaa se jyadaa sunishchit karne mein ve yeh bhool jaate hain, ki is se desh ka sanchaalan dheeme padtaa hai aur varg sangharsh badhtaa hai.


AMBEDKAR HI BAHUJAN HAI.
BAHUJAN HI AMBEDKAR HAI.
AMBEDKAR HI BHARAT HAI.
BHARAT HI AMBEDKAR HAI.


Aap kahenge ki agar aisaa hai to Bahujan Ambedkar se pehle anaa chaahiye thaa kyonki Bahujan arthaat Bahusankhyak to pehle se hi the.

Ambedkar pehale isiliye rakhaa hai ki Bahujan tab hi kehlaya jayega jab bahu-sankyakon ke poshan aur kalyaan ko hi raashtra ka uddeshya manaa jayega.

Anur chunki Bharat ka nirmaan Bahu-sankhyakon ke poshan aur kalyaan ke lie hua ahi aur is uddeshya ki neenv Dr BR Ambedkar ji ke siddhanton par padi hai isilie siddhant ko upar rakhaa gayaa hai kyonki sidhhant ko jab tak poora nahin kiyaa jayegaa Bahujan nahin ban payega.

Aur yah siddhant hai - Bahujan ka poshan aur kalyaan hi raashtra ka uddheshya.

To Ambedkar ka sthaan wahi sthaan hai jahaah se Bharat shuru hota hai aur aage badhtaa hai.

Is sthaan ki, Ambedkar ki, jang hi Bharat ki Rajnaitik utthaa-patak hai.

Par choonki aaj tak naa hi to Ambedkar ko (Saidhantik aur Vaidhanik roop se) arthaat Bahujan (SC/ST/OBC) ko (Bhautik aur Nyaayik roop se) wah sthaan desh main mil payaa hai, jo ki us nimnna-sankhyak samaj ko milaa hai jinke haath mein Bahujan dwara arjit kiye gaye desh ki sampadaa hai.

Isi sampadaa ko nimnna-sankhyakon ne khud ko jaatiyo ya vishesh dharm aadi mein simit rakh kar Bahu-sankhyankon (Bahujan) ke paas jaane se rok diyaa hai jis-se desh ke Bahujan ka poshan aur kalyaan theek se nahin ho paa rahaa hai aur sangharsh badhtaa hi ja rahaa hai.

Aiye film par vapis aaye:-

Film mein ek taraf hai Ambekar Bharat ka Bahujan (SC/ST/OBC aur baaki pichhade vargon ko chaahe kisi bhi dharm ya jaati se hon) arthaat Bahu-sankhyak jisko ki Sawarn Hindu (nimmna-sankhyak) apnana nahin chaahte aur jiske paas koi sansaadhan nahin hai aur dusari taraf hai Sawarn Hindu samaaj jo ki adhikaanshtar sansaadhanon par bhrishat tarikon se kabza jamaye baithaa hai.

Bahu-sankhyakon (Bahujan) ke liye -

nimmna-saadahn;
nimmna samajik patishtha;
nimmna-sankhyankon ke Bahujan par atyaachaar;
Bahujan ke atyaadhik adhikaaron ka bal-chhall dwara hanan;

aur antatah:-

Bahujan ka kuposhan evam hanan arthaat desh ka hanan.

Aur iska rastaa hai Satta ka durrupyuog arthaat desh-droh raashtra-droh, jo ki kewal Bhaujan ke ahit mein hi sambhaw hai kyonki:-

RASHTRA KA UDDHESYA HAI BAHUJAN KA POSHAN AUR KALYAAN

So film mein Bahujan ke rehane ke liye tabela aur nimmna-sankhyakon ke liye Bahujan dwara arjit ki gayee sampadaa jis par Bahujan ka Adhikaar hona chaahiye thaa.

Par afsos ki unhen bhrisht tareekon se unse chhen liyaa jataa hai. Is se naa sirf Bahujan kamzor padtaa hai balki desh bhi kamzor hota hai aur raashtra nirmaan ki jagah anginat sangharsheel ikaaiyaan bant jaati hai, jaise ki Bharat ke hazaron lakhon gaanv, jinse ki manav ka vikaas ruk jata athwaa shunya pad jata hai.

Harijan -

Hari ke jan -

Bhagwaan ke jan -

us bhagwaan ke jiski jism ka ve kabhi hissa nahin the -

us bhagwaan ke jo ki unke siddhant ka hissa hai jo ki Bahujan ka hanan karte hai -

desh ka hanan karte hain -

raashtra kaa hanan karte hain -

maanav ka vikaas rokta evam shunya-grast karta hai.

Yeah film banane ki asli rajniti yahin se shuru hoti hai.


Harijan -

Jo Harijan hi rahega.

Jo Hari ke saare kaam karega.

Marega, khapega, pitega, barbad ho jayega,

Par chun tak nahin karegaa,

Kyonki ye Harijan hai koi Bahujan nahin,

Jise banaane ka uddeshya Bahu-sankhyanko ka poshan aur Kalyaan nahin,

Balki, Bahu-sankhyankon dwara nimmna-sankhankon ka bhavishya sunishchit karnaa.

Aur us hari, us bhagwaan ke insaan bane rehnaa,

Jis Bgawaan kaa hissa wo nimmna-sankhyank hai,

Jo chhuupe hain us Hari mein;

Jiske aage insaan hain - Bahu-sankhyank aur,

Inkaa bhagwaan, Hari hai - nimmna-sankhyak.

To yahi hai-

HARIJAN

GANDHI KA - HARIJAN

PRAKASH JHAA KA - HARIJAN

To Amitabh ke kirdar mein do kirdaar hain. Ek Amdedkar aur dusaraa Gandhi. Ab suwarn apane Gandhi par dabaaw dalte hai ko wo Ambedkar ko arthaat Bahujan ko arthaat Bahu-sankhyakon ko khud mein se nikaal de arthaat sankyaa kam kar de Kyonki yadi ve Gandhi ko apani sankhyaa me jodte hain to uske saath Ambedkar arthaat Bahujan bhi jud jayegaa so nimm-na sankhyanko ki sankhya badh kar bahu-sankhyaK ho jayegi aur is se nimmna-sankhyakon ko Bahujan dwara arjit ki gayee rashtriya sampadaa se unkaa adhikaar denaa padega joki nimmna-sankhyankon ke saadhanon ko kam karegaa aur unhe bhi Bahujan men milna padegaa.

Par ek taraf hai Bahu-sankhyak jo ki apnee sampadaa se wanchit kar diye gaye aur dusari taraf hai wo jo Bahu-sankhyakon ke beech prakratik sansaadhanon ko aur niyantrit karne ke liye crisis paida kar, Bahusankhyakon to tod kar sangharsh-sheel varg bananaa jo kabhi aapas mein mil kar satta tak nahin pahunch paaye.

Par chooki Arakshan aaj bhi sthapit hai jo ki Ambedkar ji ki wajah se hai to Amitabh ka kirdar Sawarnon ke saath nahin ja pataa.

Yahin hai aage ki saari rajnaiti.

Jo ki Dr. BR Ambedkr ji ki likhi "What Congress and Gandhi Have Done To The Untouchables" (Ganghi aur Congress ne Achhuton ke liye Kya Kiya?) padh kar hi theek se samajh ayegi.

Yehan kuch hint de rahaa hun jis se ke samajik vigyan, itihaas, rajnaitik shastra ya manovigyan ke jankaar kuch samajh payenge.

Jha ko samajh hi nahin ayaa ki is Dalit character ka kare kya? Kyonki wo to sirf prachaar ke liye rakhaa thaa. Dailt, Adiwasi aur Pichharon ki samaj me kamzor sthiti ko dekhte hue Jha mein itni himmat to aa gayee ki unkaa mazaak banwaa kar paise kamayaa jaye, par is bevkoof ne ye bhi samjha ki is se desh ki akhanadtaa ko kitnaa nuksaan hoga?

Dalit character ka naam Deepak Kumar. Jha ko Ramesh Bhangi ya Soniya Chamaar jaisa surname nahin milaa? In Manuwadiyon ke darr se hi to Daliton ko samaj mein chhup kar rehnaa padtaa hai. Film mein bhi chhupaa diyaa? Baba Sahib ki image churaa kar Gandhi se milaa kar Amitabh mein milaa di aur Dalit ko uskaa chelaa banaa diya. Waah Jha Waah!

Yeha ho saktaa ho ki koi mujhe sankeern kahe?

Mai us se yah poochnaa chahungaa ki, Janab ya Madam, kahin aisaa to nahi ki vayapaari media ne aapki soch ko khulane kaa maukaa hi naa diyaa ho jo aap abhi tak in vishyon ke baare mein padh paye ho?
